5. Cancellation and Refund Policy Customers may cancel their orders up to 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours or 2 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
6. Delivery Policy Danara Cakery and Eventz will deliver orders to the specified address. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order. Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order placement.
7. Quality Assurance We strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to address your concerns.
