• 3.1 Danara Cakery reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes will apply from the time they are posted on our website.

• 3.2 Orders are accepted only from individuals 18 years and older.

• 3.3 Our contract is governed by the laws of Cameroon, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in Cameroonian courts.

• 3.4 We respect your privacy and will manage your information according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Ordering

• 4.1 All orders must be made online and are subject to these terms.

• 4.2 Order confirmation occurs when we email you, and full payment has been received.

• 4.3 Orders may be declined if products are out of stock, payment is not authorized, or due to technical errors.

• 4.4 Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on demand.

5. Product Details

• 5.1 Our products are handmade and may vary slightly from the images shown on our website.

• 5.2 Please review our Dietary & Allergen Guide before ordering. Danara Cakery is not responsible for any reactions arising from unadvised allergen consumption.

6. Delivery & Collection

• 6.1 Delivery is available to selected locations; charges will vary based on distance and order size.

• 6.2 Delivery time slots can be selected during the checkout process. In case of missed delivery, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

• 6.3 Orders can also be collected from our premises; please provide a valid order number upon collection.

• 6.4 We advise customers to follow storage and handling instructions to preserve product quality post-delivery.

7. Payment & Pricing

• 7.1 Prices are quoted in local currency and include applicable taxes but exclude delivery charges unless stated.

• 7.2 Payments must be made upon ordering, and we accept various payment methods as listed on our website.

• 7.3 Prices are subject to change before orders are placed.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

• 8.1 Cancellations are accepted under certain conditions:

  • Standard Cakes: Notify us at least 24 hours before collection/delivery.

  • Customized Cakes: 48 hours’ notice is required.

• 8.2 For items that do not meet quality standards, customers must notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence for review.

9. Returns and Refunds

• 9.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• 9.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.

10. Liability

• 10.1 We are not liable for any issues arising from mishandling or improper storage after the order has been delivered or collected.

• 10.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and does not extend to indirect losses.
