Each month, we welcome new students into our hands-on, beginner-friendly baking program, guiding them step-by-step from basics to professional techniques. This 30-day beginner course is designed for anyone, regardless of experience, who wants to build a solid foundation in baking. At the end of the course, students graduate with a certificate from Danara Cakery, marking the beginning of a potential new career or cherished skill.

Beginner Course (30 Days) - 150,000 CFA Francs

Our beginner course covers essential techniques like mixing, baking, and decorating a variety of cakes and pastries. Over 30 days, our instructors break down every process in a way that’s easy to understand and follow, ensuring students feel confident and skilled by the end. We prioritize hands-on experience, so students get to practice each step themselves, preparing them to make baked goods with skill and confidence.

Once you graduate from this beginner course, you have the opportunity to further enhance your skills with our specialized Master Class.

Master Class (30 Days) - 350,000 CFA Francs

The Master Class is perfect for students who want to specialize or perfect their skills in a specific area of baking. Over another intensive 30 days, we dive deep into advanced techniques, professional presentation, custom decorations, and specialized skills for cakes and pastries. This course is all about refining skills and pushing creative boundaries. Students will have the opportunity to work on their own unique projects with personalized guidance from our professional instructors. By the end of this course, students will be fully prepared to launch their own baking business, work in professional kitchens, or simply enjoy their craft on an advanced level.

    Click on your chosen course, then select Add to Cart. Once the course is added, proceed to the Checkout page, where you can review your order and payment details.

  4. Complete Payment:
    At the Checkout page, enter your payment details to finalize your booking. Once your payment is processed, your course registration is confirmed.

  5. Confirmation and Contact:
