To be eligible for a replacement or refund, we kindly ask you to provide photographic evidence or return the product within 24 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, without proof, we won’t be able to process refunds.
If the product is found to be faulty or misdescribed, we will either correct the issue or offer a replacement before your event, where possible. If neither option is feasible, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the outcome of our investigation. When contacting us, please include your order number to help us assist you quickly.
Upon receiving your order, you’ll have the opportunity to review its size, design, wording, condition, and quality. If there are any concerns, please let us know immediately and provide photos within 24 hours for review.
By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you will follow our recommended cake handling, storage, and serving guidelines. Danara Cakery and Eventz cannot be held liable for issues that arise from improper handling, such as exposure to warm temperatures (which can cause buttercream or icing to soften) or consuming the cake while it is too cold (which may affect texture).
If an issue arises while cutting or serving the cake, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt, including a detailed account and supporting photos. After an internal review, we’ll notify you of our findings. Refunds or compensation will only be provided when the issue falls outside of what is outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and will not cover personal taste preferences, as taste is subjective. Refunds will also not be issued in cases of incorrect handling or storage.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit or debit card used for your purchase. For any approved refund, legal ownership of the product will immediately transfer back to us.
We accept returns for retail items that arrived damaged or incorrectly shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours, including a photo of the issue, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on the item’s condition, we may ask you to return it, and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange. Refunds are not available for other reasons on perishable items, so please review all product descriptions and shelf life information before placing an order.
Our cakes and items are crafted by hand, so slight color variations may occur. These natural variations are part of our handmade process and are not grounds for refunds.
